Russian sports commentator speaks on Movsisyan-Kombarov incident (PHOTO)
13:52 13 May, 2014In an with Eurosport.ru, Russian sports commentator Konstantin Genich reflected on the recent incident that occurred between Armenia national football squad and FC Spartak Moscow forward Yura Movsisyan, and Russia international and Spartak defender Dmitri Kombarov.
“I know the relations between the Russians and the foreign players at Spartak very well. If you look carefully, you will see that Movsisyan and Kombarov were smiling when they pushed each other. “As far as I know, there is no problem between the Russians and the Armenians at Spartak,” Genich specifically said.
The 26-year-old Armenia international had scored Spartak’s winning goal in their Russian Premier League match against FC Amkar Perm. After the goal, Movsisyan had closed up Kombarov’s face with his hand.
