Vic Darchinyan’s next bout is title fight

Vic Darchinyan (39-6-1, 28KOs), who is the former world boxing champion in two weight classes, will face reigning WBA Featherweight Champion Nicholas Walters (23-0, 19KOs) of Jamaica, Boxingscene.com reported.

The bout will be for the WBA Featherweight Championship belt, and it will take place on May 31 in Macau, China.

It was reported earlier that 38-year-old Darchinyan wanted to try his luck in the mixed martial arts.
