Mkhitaryan is Player of the Week – Bundesliga
10:02 4 March, 2014As a result of an online voting in the official website of the Bundesliga, Armenia national football squad and Borussia Dortmund (BVB) midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was chosen Player of the Week in the top German football league.
On March 1, BVB defeated FC Nürnberg at home by a score of 3-0. The 25-year-old Armenia international was in Dortmund’s starting eleven, and he scored one goal—thus raising his Bundesliga goal tally to six—and provided an assist in the match.
In addition, Henrikh Mkhitaryan was included in the Team of the Week in the Bundesliga.
