Sochi 2014: Olympic Thursday (PHOTOS)

Six medal competitions were held Thursday at the 2014 Winter Olympics that are held in Sochi, Russia.  The day was most successful for Canada, as its athletes won two gold medals.    

Norway, Russia, the USA, and France, on the other hand, captured one gold medal, apiece, on Thursday. Norway leads the medal standings with ten gold. The closing ceremony of the 22nd Winter Olympic Games will be held on Sunday.
