Armenia’s under 17 lose to Turkey in penalty shootout

Armenia’s under-17 national football team became sixth in the Kazakhstan President’s Cup tournament held in Almaty.  

In the match to determine the fifth- and sixth-place squads, Roman Simonyan’s team lost to Turkey in a penalty shootout. 

The regular-time match had ended in a 0-0 draw.
