Athletes in France to have biologic passports - Le Monde

PARIS. – French Senate adopted on Feb. 21 a bill on sport biologic passports, which aim at suppressing various doping scams.

Passports containing regular information on urine and blood analysis will come into effect next July, Le Monde reports.

Switzerland and Germany are already using such a system.
