The European Judo Championships, which are being held in Chelyabinsk, Russia, are already over for Armenia’s national team.

Armenia’s last judoist who went on the tatami was Hakob Arakelyan (100 kg), and he lost to his Latvian opponent in his very first match.

The Armenian national squad’s sole medal was achieved by Hovhannes Davtyan (60 kg), who became a silver medalist in his weight category.
