Movsisyan best footballer in Russian league (PHOTO)
12:37 10 December, 2013Sport Express has recognized Armenian national football squad and FC Spartak Moscow forward Yura Movsisyan as the best player in the current season of the Russian Premier League.
The website’s symbolic league team was formed based on the average evaluation of the players. The 26-year-old forward’s evaluation was 6.28.
“The Armenian national team player became the ‘hottest’ forward of fall. He scored two goals for the national squad and ten goals for Spartak. “Yura needed a surgery, but this did not obstruct him from scoring a hat-trick in the match against [FC] Zenit [Saint Petersburg], [and] with injections of painkillers.“Movsisyan stood out not solely by goals, but he was helping his teammates at the defense,” Sport Express writes.
To note, Yura Movsisyan is currently recovering after a knee surgery.
