The first-round World Chess Team Championship match between Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian and Russia’s Vldimir Kramnik finished in a draw.

Earlier Gabriel Sargsissian drew with Ian Nepomniachtchi.

Sergey Minasian is facing Sergey Karjakin, while Vladimir Akopian’s opponent is Alexander Grischuk.
