The game against Armenia will be crucial. I think that this game will be more difficult than the match against the Czechs, stated Bulgarian national football squad manager Lyuboslav Penev. The Bulgarian specialist spoke about his team’s 2014 World Cup qualifier group match against Armenia.

“We need to show character. The good news is that everything depends on us. We need to take the game very seriously.“We have to fight, even if Armenia resort to provocation. It is always eleven against eleven on the pitch. We need to work better than the opponent.  “I don’t think my players are tense. It is apparent that we can display a high-quality football. We have a lot of points and are close to advancing to the playoffs,” Sportal.bg quotes Penev as saying.

To note, the Brazil 2014 qualifiers’ return-leg match between Armenia and Bulgaria will be held Friday in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan.  After eight rounds in the World Cup qualifiers Group B, Italy have already booked their spot at Brazil 2014, with 20 points, Bulgaria have 13 points, Denmark have 12 points, Armenia and the Czech Republic have 9 points, apiece, and Malta have 3 points.
