Bulgarian defender fails doping test

Bulgarian defender Yordan Minev was tested positive for doping and was suspended by FIFA for 30 days.

“The analysis of the A sample has revealed the presence of prohibited substances,” Sky Sports quoted the statement issued by FIFA.

 The suspension will include Bulgaria’s qualifiers against Armenia and the Czech Republic slated for October.
