Belgrade: Armenia’s Mkrtchian wins, Kursova, Galojan and Hairapetian lose

Armenia’s WGM Lilit Mkrtchian tallied 6.5 points after nine rounds in the 14th European Individual Women’s Chess Championship being held in Belgrade, Serbia.

Mkrtchian defeated her opponent in Round 9. 

WGMs Lilit Galojan and Maria Kursova and WIM Anna Hairapetian, on the other hand, were defeated by their opponents. 

After Round 9, Galojan, Kursova, and Hairapetian have a total of 5, 4.5, and 4 points, apiece. 
The current leader is Hoang Thanh Trang, with 7.5 points.
