Milan reduce Robinho’s transfer value

Italy’s A.C. Milan plan to sell Brazilian striker Robinho, Football Italia reports.

It is reported the Rossoneri have lowered their expectations from the 29-year-old player’s transfer to €8 million.

The former Brazilian international has made it clear he is feeling homesick and has been pushing for a move to his old club, Brazil’s FC Santos, since January.

Milan Vice President Adriano Galliani confirmed that the two clubs are holding negotiations.

The talks had broken down six months ago due to Robinho’s €10 million asking price.

Milan would use the money raised by Robinho’s sale to bring in Argentinean national club forward Carlos Tévez from England’s Manchester City.
