FIFA urges clubs to permit players to participate in Olympic tournament

FIFA has issued an official statement obliging all the clubs to permit their players to participate in the London Olympic Games, FIFA website reports.  

Sixteen national teams will compete for the medals. The tournament will take place from July 25 to August 11. The teams may include players under 23 and three players of any age.
