Armenian athletes win 3 medals at European youth sambo championship

Armenian sambo athletes won three medals at the European youth sambo championship held in Cyprus.  

In the category of 48 kg, Armenia’s Davit Khachatryan won bronze. Knarik Stambultsyan (40 kg) won silver in girls’ competition.

Last year’s silver medalist of the youth championship Jivan Ghazaryan (48 kg) won gold.
