Messi has not reached final agreement with Barcelona

Barcelona forward Lionel Messi has not reached final agreement on new deal with Barcelona, Marca.com reported.

The Ballon d’Or holder has not agreed to one of the provisions of the contact over buyout clause. First the club set €250 million buyout clause but now Barcelona reportedly wants to increase it.

Earlier Barcelona website reported Messi will sign a renewed contract that binds him to FC Barcelona until June 30, 2018. The ceremony will be held on Thursday.
