Spanish champions FC Barcelona are interested in acquiring defender Alessandro Bastoni from Italian champions Inter Milan, according to Sky Sport.

The Catalan club views the 27-year-old Italian player as a reinforcement for their defense.

Inter are looking to secure a fee of around €70 million for Bastoni, whose current contract runs until the summer of 2028.

Last summer, a potential move for Alessandro Bastoni to Barcelona fell through due to a decision made by the team's head coach, Hans-Dieter Flick.
