Barcelona thrash Alaves (video)
01:58 1 November, 2026In the 11th round of Spain's La Liga, reigning champions Barcelona hosted Alaves and secured a 6–1 victory (video).
For the team managed by German coach Hans-Dieter Flick, Brazilian forward Raphinha and Spanish national team winger Lamine Yamal, a World and European champion, each scored two goals. Spanish midfielder Fermin Lopez and English midfielder Anthony Gordon also contributed one goal apiece.
Barcelona currently leads the league table with 30 points, while Alaves sits in 10th place with 12 points.
