World Championships: Alexandra Grigoryan finishes fourth overall and wins bronze in the clean and jerk

Alexandra Grigoryan, a World Championship bronze medalist and European champion, finished 4th overall at the World Weightlifting Championships held in Ningbo, China, while securing a bronze medal in the clean and jerk.

In the women’s 57 kg weight category, Alexandra Grigoryan recorded a total result of 205 kg.

In the snatch, Grigoryan succeeded in only one of her attempts, lifting 85 kg.

In the clean and jerk, she missed her first attempt at 113 kg. She successfully lifted 114 kg on her second attempt and 120 kg on her third, earning a bronze medal in this discipline.
