23:01 26 October, 2026Arman Tsarukyan (Armenia), the No. 2-ranked title contender in the lightweight division of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) met with Joan Laporta, president of the Spanish club FC Barcelona. Laporta presented the Armenian fighter with a personalized jersey featuring the number 11 on the back.
Tsarukyan shared photos on Instagram with the caption: "Thank you to Joan Laporta and FC Barcelona for the warm welcome! Happy to be part of one of the greatest soccer clubs ever."
Tsarukyan attended the La Liga Matchday 10 encounter between Barcelona and Real Madrid. The game, held at the Camp Nou stadium, ended in a 2–1 victory for the Madrid side.
