Arman Tsarukyan attacked his opponent during a press conference
10:54 23 October, 2026Arman Tsarukyan (Armenia), the No. 2-ranked title contender in the lightweight division of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has taken place in the United States.
During a press conference ahead of the RAF 24 event, American mixed martial artist Dillon Danis wore a T-shirt featuring an insulting message directed at 31-year-old Chechen fighter Khamzat Chimaev (a UFC middleweight). In the presence of journalists, Danis repeated the phrase: "Khamzat is my b*tch."
Arman Tsarukyan, unable to restrain himself, attacked the American fighter. The situation escalated further when Khamzat Chimaev, who was present in the venue, joined the altercation. Security personnel immediately intervened and separated those involved in the incident.
As a reminder, tonight in Las Vegas, Arman Tsarukyan will face Dillon Danis in a bout for a championship belt at the RAF 24 event.
At the UFC 331 event held in Los Angeles, Arman Tsarukyan defeated the 10th-ranked UFC fighter, Brazilian Mauricio Ruffy.
