Nations League: Wins for Spain and England, all the results of the day

The fourth round of the Nations League group stage has concluded.

World and European champions Spain secured a comeback 2–1 victory away against Croatia, thanks to a brace from Arsenal midfielder Mikel Merino.

Spain sits atop League A, Group 3 with 12 points and has secured a spot in the play-offs.

In the group's other match, England defeated the Czech Republic 3–0 at home, courtesy of a brace from Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane. An own goal in England's favor was also recorded.
