China Open: Karen Khachanov wins in the second round
10:27 2 October, 2026World No. 26 Karen Khachanov has advanced to the third round of the ATP 500 tournament in Beijing, China.
In the second round, the Russian player defeated world No. 96 Alex Molcan of Slovakia, 7–5, 6–3. The match lasted one hour and 12 minutes.
Khachanov’s next opponent will be the winner of the match between Hubert Hurkacz (Poland) and Arthur Fils (France).
The prize fund for the China Open is $4 million.
