Champions League: League phase draw pots confirmed

The 36 teams that have qualified for the main stage of the UEFA Champions League have been divided into four seeding pots. Each team will play against two opponents from each pot.

The draw will take place on August 27.

Eight rounds of the Champions League will be played between September and January.

The top eight teams in the overall standings will advance directly to the Round of 16. Teams finishing in 9th through 24th place will compete in a play-off round for the remaining spots in the Round of 16.
