Deschamps coaches a World Cup record 26th match

Didier Deschamps set a World Cup record on Tuesday when he was France coach for a 26th match in the semifinal against Spain, Yahoo Sports reports.

Deschamps moved one ahead of Helmut Schön, who was at the helm for 25 West Germany matches across four tournaments 1966-1978.

As a reminder, the French lost to Spain 0-2.
