The Armenian women’s national basketball team started their campaign in the FIBA Women's European Championship for Small Countries 2026 with a loss.

In Peja, Kosovo, Armenia played against Kosovo, which won 72:44.

The most productive player in the Armenian team was Osanna Tirityan, who scored 10 points and made 6 rebounds.
Armenia will play their next match on Thursday, competing against Andorra.
