Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham and Spanish La Liga titleholders Barcelona striker Marcus Rashford also scored for England.
Como midfielder Martin Baturina and Dallas forward Petar Musa netted Croatia's goals.
England will face Ghana on June 23, while Croatia will play against Panama on June 24 in the second round of the 2026 World Cup group stage.
