NBA: New York Knicks reach first NBA Finals in 27 years

The New York Knicks have reached the National Basketball Association (NBA) Finals for the first time in 27 years.

The Knicks defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 4-0 in the series of the Eastern Conference Finals.

The San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder are tied 2-2 after four games in the Western Conference Finals.

The New York Knicks had lost to the San Antonio Spurs 4-1 in the series of the 1999 NBA Finals.
