Djokovic breaks Nadal's record

As a result, the 24-time Grand Slam champion, world No. 3, 38-year-old Serbian tennis star broke the record of retired Spaniard Rafael Nadal. The 22-time Grand Slam champion had reached the Round of 16 of a Masters competition 112 times, Opta Ace reports.
As reported earlier, in the Round of 32 of the Indian Wells Masters tournament in the United States, Djokovic had defeated world No. 72 Aleksandar Kovacevic (USA) 6:4, 1:6, 6:4.
