Armenia's Vazgen Tevanyan records 3rd win in India Pro Wrestling League

World bronze medalist and European champion Vazgen Tevanyan (Armenia) recorded his third win in the Indian Pro Wrestling League (PWL).

Tevanyan, representing Mumbai's Maharashtra Kesri team, defeated Vishal Kaliraman (India) of Up Dominators team, with a score of 4:2, in the 65kg weight category.


In his previous Indian PWL match, the European champion had defeated Ali Rahimzadeh (Azerbaijan), with a score of 5:2.

Armenia's leading wrestler has been competing in India's PWL since the beginning of this year.

World bronze medalist and European champion Armenian freestyle wrestler Arman Andreasyan (74 kg) is also competing in the Indian PWL—and as part of the Up Dominators team.
