Spartak Moscow sack manager Dejan Stankovic

Spartak Moscow have dismissed Dejan Stankovic as their head coach, the Russian club’s website reports.

The 47-year-old Serbian football specialist had been managing Spartak since 2024.

After 15 rounds of the Russian Premier League, Spartak are sixth, with 25 points.

Dejan Stankovic has previously managed Ferencvaros, Sampdoria, and Crvena zvezda.
