Ruben Nazaretyan: “Our national team is capable of solving this challenge”
17:16 24 October, 2025Ruben Nazaretyan, head coach of the Armenian national futsal team, commented on the results of the group stage draw for the 2026 European Championship. Armenia has been placed in Group B, alongside Lithuania, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine.
“There are no weak teams in the European Championship. This is a tournament of the strongest, and we are among them. We will try to prepare even better to achieve our goal: to advance past the group stage. Our national team is capable of solving this challenge,” Ruben Nazaretyan told the FFA website.
The Futsal European Championship will take place from January 21 to February 7 in Latvia, Lithuania, and Slovenia.
