“Noah” Donates 312 Million AMD to Vagharshapat Community
16:14 20 October, 2025Armenian football champion and cup winner “Noah” Football Club (FC) has signed a donation agreement with the Vagharshapat community.
The agreement comes after “Noah” purchased infrastructure land from the community for 688 million AMD and donated 312 million AMD to Vagharshapat. In total, “Noah” has invested 1 billion AMD in the community.
As previously reported, the Armenian government approved “Noah” FC’s investment program for the development of the Vagharshapat stadium and football academy infrastructure. Following approval from the Vagharshapat municipal council, a 23.8-hectare land transaction was completed between the community and “Noah” FC.
Today, a donation agreement was signed between “Noah” FC and the community, under which the club will provide approximately 312 million AMD to support the development of municipal infrastructure.
“Noah” FC President Vardges Vardanyan commented on the acquisition:
"This is the next step toward our dream. We will share all our steps with the football community. We thank the Vagharshapat community for the close cooperation. Forward to our new goals!"
