World Weightlifting Championships: Team Armenia members announced

Armenia will have seven participants in the 2025 World Weightlifting Championships.

The Armenian men's team will compete in this tournament to be held in Forde, Norway with these weightlifters: Garnik Cholakyan (60kg), Gor Sahakyan (71kg), Suren Grigoryan (88kg), Simon Martirosyan (110kg), Garik Karapetyan (110kg), and Varazdat Lalayan (+110kg).

And only Anna Amroyan (77kg) will represent Armenia in the women’s competition.

The 2025 World Weightlifting Championships will be held from October 2 to 11.
