French Open: Alcaraz vs. Sinner match longest in Men's singles final in tournament history

The match between world No. 1 Jannik Sinner (Italy) and World No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz (Spain) was the longest Men's singles final in the history of the French Open (Roland-Garros) tennis tournament in Paris.

The match lasted 5 hours and 29 minutes and Alcaraz won in five sets—4:6, 6:7 (4:7), 6:4, 7:6 (7:3), 7:6 (10:2).

The previous record was set in 1982 in the final between Mats Wilander and Guillermo Vilas, which had lasted 4 hours and 42 minutes.
