Armenia, Cyprus U21 teams draw 1-1

The Armenian and Cypriot U21 football teams played a friendly match Tuesday in Yerevan.

In the fourth minute of added time of the first half, Cyprus and Omonoia midfielder Stylianos Vrontis, 20, was sent off for a second yellow card.

Armenia's newcomer, Austrian St. Polten striker Yervand Sukiasyan scored in the 84th minute. The guests netted the equalizer in the second minute of added time. The two national teams will play another friendly on Friday.
