European Artistic Gymnastics Championships: 5 Armenia representatives are in final

Five Armenian representatives have reached the final of the men’s competition at the 2025 European Championships in Men's and Women's Artistic Gymnastics in Leipzig, Germany.

The Armenian representatives began their campaign on the second day of the championships, which started on Monday. Armenia participated in the team competition at the championships. Artur Davtyan, Vahagn Davtyan, Artur Avetisyan, Hamlet Manukyan, and Mamikon Khachatryan overcame the qualification round “barrier” in individual apparatuses.

Olympic silver and bronze medalist, world champion, two-time European champion, three-time World Cup winner Artur Davtyan scored 14.516 points in the Vault and advanced to the final in second place. Two-time World Youth Champion, European Champion, World Cup winner Hamlet Manukyan scored 14.566 points in the Pommel Horse and is in the final in first place.

Youth World silver medalist, European bronze medalist Mamikon Khachatryan scored 14.400 points in the qualification round in this exercise. Artur Avetisyan scored 14.300 points, and two-time European silver medalist Vahagn Davtyan scored 13.866 points in the Rings.
