3-0 technical win to be awarded to opponents of West Armenia FC expelled from Armenian Premier League
13:08 16 May, 2025The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) has decided to record a technical defeat of 0-3 to West Armenia FC for not showing up for their match against Ararat-Armenia in Matchweek 30 of the Armenian Premier League.
As a result of West Armenia’s failure to show up for two matches, the club is expelled from the 2024/25 season of the Armenian Premier League. Also, in accordance with the FFA Regulations for Conducting Professional Football Competitions, those clubs that were supposed to play against West Armenia in the remaining part of the 2024/25 season of the Armenian Premier League will be awarded a 3-0 technical win in all those matches.
In Matchweek 31 of the Armenian Premier League, West Armenia was scheduled to face Alashkert, in Matchweek 32—Gandzasar, and in Matchweek 33—Shirak.
