Ronaldo considering return to Sporting Lisbon
10:57 14 May, 2025Portugal and Al-Nassr (Saudi Arabia) star forward Cristiano Ronaldo, 40, is considering a return to Sporting Lisbon (Portugal) in the summer, beIN Sports reports.
Ronaldo's current contract with Al-Nassr runs until the summer, and he will become a free agent. Ronaldo is even ready to play for Sporting on a low salary.
He was a student of the Sporting football academy, and he was in the Lisbon club's system from 1997 to 2003. Ronaldo has scored 33 goals and made 4 assists in 39 appearances so far this season. Transfermarkt estimates Ronaldo's transfer value at 12 million euros.
