Last season’s Spanish La Liga runners-up Barcelona played at home against Borussia Dortmund and won 4-0 in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinal clash.

Polish striker Robert Lewandowski scored twice. Brazilian forward Rafinha and Spain’s young winger Lamine Yamal also netted goals for Barca.

In the other match of the day, newly-crowned French Ligue 1 champions PSG beat Aston Villa 3-1 in Paris.

The visitors’ English midfielder Morgan Rogers opened the scoring in the 35th minute. But four minutes later, French midfielder Desire Doue equalized. Georgian striker Khvicha Kvaratskhelia netted PSG's second goal in the 49th minute. And

Portuguese defender Nuno Mendes scored the hosts’ fourth goal in the second minute of added time.
