Liverpool's Dutch forward Cody Gakpo equalized in the first minute added to the first half.
English midfielder Curtis Jones netted the hosts’ second goal in the 49th minute.
And Liverpool's Egyptian star striker Mohamed Salah made the score 3-1 in the 82nd minute.
After playing 17 games, Liverpool lead the current Premier League standings, with 42 points, and are 7 points ahead of second-place Chelsea, which have played 18 matches. Leicester City are eighteenth, with 14 points.
