Kaden Braithwaite, 16, becomes youngest footballer to make Man City starting XI debut in 21st century

English defender Kaden Braithwaite has become the youngest footballer to debut in Manchester City's starting line-up in the 21st century.

Man City beat Watford 2-1 in the third round of the EFL (English Football League) Cup and advanced to the Round of 16 of this tournament.

Braithwaite made his debut for the club’s starting XI at the age of 16 years and 229 days.

Also, he has become the third youngest player of the main Manchester City squad in club history.
