Paris 2024: Uzbekistan wins 5 gold medals in boxing tournament

Uzbekistan won 5 gold medals in the Olympic boxing tournament and emerged as the winner in the team rankings.

At the Paris Games, 13 sets of medals were contested—7 for men and 6 for women. Uzbekistan won all its titles in the men's tournament. China came in second place with 3 gold and 2 silver medals, while Chinese Taipei secured third place with 1 gold and 2 bronze medals. Cuba, Algeria, Ireland, and Ukraine each won one gold medal.
