08:58 3 August, 2024Olympic gold, silver, bronze medalist, four-time world champion, 7-time European champion Artur Aleksanyan and world champion, three-time European champion Malkhas Amoyan are leaving for Paris.
Slavik Galstyan, the third representative of Armenia's Greco-Roman team, will leave for Paris on August 4 accompanied by coach Samvel Gevorgyan.
Armenia will be represented by three representatives in the Greco-Roman wrestling tournament at the 33rd Summer Olympic Games: Slavik Galstyan (67 kg), Malkhas Amoyan (77 kg) and Artur Aleksanyan (97 kg).
Greco-Roman style wrestlers will fight in Paris-2024 on August 6. Malkhas Amoyan and Artur Aleksanyan will take to the mat on that day. Slavik Galstyan will enter the fight on August 7. All Olympians will start the fight from the 1/8 finals.
