World Cup: Artur Davtyan wins gold again

Artur Davtyan, a top gymnast from Armenia and winner of the bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics, has done it again! He won the top spot in the second round of the gymnastics World Cup held in Cottbus, Germany.

Davtyan was unbeatable in the vault event, scoring an impressive 15,050 points.

Earlier, in the first round of the World Cup in Cairo, Egypt, Davtyan also clinched gold with 14,933 points.

Another member of Armenia's team, Vahagn Davtyan, won the bronze medal in Cottbus with a score of 14.600 points in the rings exercise.

These World Cup rounds are crucial for rankings leading up to the Paris Olympics. Davtyan has already secured a spot in the Armenian national team for the Olympics, thanks to his outstanding performance in the 2023 World Championship.
