Doha: Karen Khachanov reached semifinals

Russia's Karen Khachanov, the 17th ranked player in the world, reached the semifinals of the ATP-250 tournament held in Doha. The opponent of the Armenian tennis player was the 43rd ranked player of the world, the representative of Finland Emil Ruusuvuori, who gave up the fight after losing 0:3 in the first set.

In the semifinals Karen Khachanov's opponent will be the 46th ranked player of the world, Australian Alexei Popyrin.

The prize fund of the Doha tournament is 1.3 million dollars.
