Al-Ittihad to offer €234M for Salah
09:56 7 February, 2024Al-Ittihad wants to sign Liverpool's 31-year-old forward Mohamed Salah this summer.
The Saudi club is prepared to pay 234 million euros to the English club for this Egyptian star footballer's transfer, reports The Athletic.
If the deal is successfully concluded, Salah will surpass the transfer record of Brazilian star Neymar. PSG had paid Barcelona 222 million euros for this deal.
Salah had transferred from Roma to Liverpool in 2017. Transfermarkt estimates his transfer value at 65 million euros.
In the current season, Salah has scored 18 goals and made 9 assists in 27 appearances so far for Liverpool.
