Man City reach agreement with Kovacic

Manchester City have reached an agreement with Chelsea's Croatian midfielder Mateo Kovacic, 29, well-known Italian sports journalist Fabrizio Romano informed on Twitter.

Now the two clubs have to negotiate. Chelsea are ready to sell Kovacic's transfer rights. His current contract with this club runs until the end of the next season.

Transfermarkt estimates Kovacic's transfer value at €40 million.
