I have my own views – José Mourinho

I make decisions at my own discretion, Spain’s FC Real Madrid manager José Mourinho stated. The Portuguese specialist reflected on the criticisms made against him that he has begun to rely too much on Real’s second team players.     

“Remember the previous Champions League finals where Real played. At the final that was played in Amsterdam, there were solely two [second team] players—Raúl and Sánchez—in the [first] Real team. At the final in Paris, [it was] Raúl and Casillas. [And] At the game played in Glasgow, only Raúl was in Real’s starting lineup.        

I have my freedom and I make decisions at my own discretion. Manager Torila of Real’s second team thinks the same way, too. I manage the main team and he, the second. We do not interfere in each other’s affairs. [But] I have my own views, which never change,” Marca quotes José Mourinho as saying.
