Europa Conference League: West Ham are in final (VIDEO)

West Ham United have reached the final of the UEFA Europa Conference League. They eliminated AZ Alkmaar from the rest of this football competition.

West Ham won 1-0 (video) in the second leg of their semifinals.

They had won 2-1 in the first leg.

Basel and Fiorentina are currently facing each other for the other spot to the final. Basel had won 2-1 in the first leg.

The final of the Europa Conference League will take place on June 7 in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.
